James and Elizabeth's 1952 Zwitter came in for a good once over, and sorting out a few niggling issues. What we did was : - Remove Enigine and gearbox for oil leak fixing. - Front drums skimmed to remove scores from previous shoes - Send all parts for powdercoat - Steam clean the old wax off the arches and underside of vehicle ready for new wax. - Apply Dinitrol wax coatings throughout vehicle including cavities. - Rebuild gearbox with all powder coated bits and build to finish with one piece boots. - Sort engine oil leaks out - Re-torque heads and service - Tune and set up engine - Set choke stop as choke was getting wedged in barrel - New fuel line/filter from tank to fuel pump - X4 Michelin XAS FF with inner tubes - All wheels balanced - Laser wheel tracking - Sort out engine bay wiring and neaten up - Reinstall engine and gearbox and test drive - MOT Now its driving a treat for James & Elizabeth to enjoy in the good weather, it's also looking the part to on those Michelin tyres.
