Carnival: Wheel of Fortune!

As the carnival comes to a close, there seems to still be a fair amount of prizes left. So for the final day, a wheel has been set up to ensure everyone can win something! 

Copy and paste the following into chatzy: 

/choose 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2

The number will indicate what tier you get! What are the prizes this time? Well, you get to pick what you want! From any of the games that have been posted before, you can choose any from that tier! (I.E.: You spin a 2, you can pick any tier 2 prize.)

Make sure you write a post about what your character got, as well as how they feel and what they plan to do with their prize!

Balloon popping- results

Trent sighed as he missed twice. Deciding that it was better than losing completely, he chose the panda toy. At least Claire would like this, right?

Carnival: Balloon Popping!

More games mean more prizes! Today’s game is: Balloon popping!

Ready? Aim....fire! You have 5 chances to hit at least 3 balloons! You’d better make sure your aim is good!

Head into the chatzy and copy/paste this 5 times:

You must get at least 3 hits to get a prize! (Who said these games had to be fair?)

Carnival | Open

Waking up everyday was already super amazing, but the addition of a huge Ferris wheel outside his bedroom window gave it a boost that Luke didn’t know he needed! Drooling at the thought of cotton candy and cheese-drenched nachos, he stared in awe outside-- leaving a face-shaped imprint on the glass the more he pressed against it to see the set up.

“This is so COOL!!! I can’t believe we’re having a carnival!!”

With excitement in his step, he got dressed (quicker than usual) and zoomed out the front door to get a better look at the upcoming festivities, making his way towards the big wheel.

Lights everywhere, games and food at every corner-- it was hard to hide his excitement (not that he every tried to). With a big grin on his face and bouncing up and down in place, he nearly forgot one huge important thing.

As quick as it had came, the grin was replaced with a devastated groan as he dug his hand into his pockets.

“Dang...! I don't have any money!”

Carnival: Prompt

You’re enjoying a few games at the carnival, and tuck the last of your money away. You go around, and after a while, realize how hungry you are. You go to check your cash and you realize it’s all missing. What do you do? Check where you last were? Try to persuade someone to give you some extra cash, or will you be a bit more creative?

{Event: Bean Bag Toss} Claire & Trent

Today was the first day of carnival games, and Claire was ready. She arrived in a white and pink dress full of lace that matched the parasol she had grabbed on the way out. It was dangerous to be outdoors in the sun for extended periods of time, and sunburn was not the most attractive thing in the world.

She immediately noticed the prizes at the Bean Bag Toss game. One plush in particular stood out to her. It was a giant blue dragon. Boy, did she want that dragon. She decided it was worth a try. It was so cute, and it would go perfectly in her room. Plus, how rigged could a bean bag game possibly be? All she needed was a bit of accuracy, maybe a little luck…

After her third and final try, she got the second-tier prize! It corresponded to exactly what she wanted, and so, of course, she picked the dragon. She held it against herself triumphantly. What a way to kick off the carnival!

Summer carnival. (Bean bag toss)

Trent sighed. While he wished he could have gotten something a little better from the game, he was at least glad that his special someone would get anything at all. Usually he was awful at these games.

He chose the teddy bear, after winning two times. And he knew, just who to give it to.

Summer Carnival

The doors have officially opened for this summer’s carnival! There are a variety of snacks and rides, as well, we’ll be posting the choice for games until September 6th! (That means you have until the 6th to play some, or all of them!)

The game for today: 

Bean Bag Toss!

Go into chatzy and copy+enter this three times:

For each “hole” you get one tier prize! Write about how your character won or loss, what prizes they picked, and how they feel! Make sure to tag it as OVcarnival ! You could put those prizes in your bedroom, use them, or give them away! (If you didn’t win anything, don’t worry! There will be plenty of other chances!)

Below is the Tier list:

Tier 1 (One “hole”): A small cow (your choice in colour), chicken, sheep, or wooly plush!

Tier 2 (Two “hole”): Any two items from the Tier 1 list, fake flowers (you choice of colour), a large teddy bear, or a large dragon plush!
