Scandinavian Oven Pancakes- Ugnspannkaka

Ugnspannkaka (Scandinavian Oven Pancakes) is a hot, puffy and golden oven baked pancakes ready in 20 minutes. 

 This classic dish made with eggs, butter and a really hot oven to fluff up the pancakes as you can see from my video. Serve immediately with strawberry jam and whipped cream . Enjoy :)

Ugnspannkaka : 

180gm flour  (3 Dl)  1 1/2 cups

600ml Milk (6dl)   2 1/2 cups 

3 tablespoon butter melted 

4 eggs 

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/extract
