The tender meat and flavorful spices in these oven-baked pork ribs make them a real treat. The low and slow cooking method makes sure that the ribs are juicy and tender, and the last touch on the grill gives them the perfect smoky finish. A surefire recipe for people who love grilling!
Ingredients: 2 racks of pork ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
Instructions: Before you start, heat your oven to 275F 135C. Take off the membrane from the back of the ribs so that the flavor can get in better. For a dry rub, put brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Spread a lot of the dry rub on both sides of the ribs to make sure it covers them evenly. Put the ribs on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil so that the meat side is facing up. Put another piece of foil over the ribs to make a sealed packet. The ribs should be baked in a hot oven for two and a half to three hours, or until they are soft. After taking the ribs out of the oven, cover both sides with barbecue sauce. Warm up the grill or broiler over medium-high heat. For 5 to 10 minutes, grill or broil the ribs, basting them with more barbecue sauce and turning them every so often until they get a caramelized crust. Cut the ribs into pieces and serve them hot.
