6: Describe your OC’s love life.

Pretty much nonexistent for most of their life, and then they met and later fell in love with Maketh. They’re in their mid to late thirties at this point, and according to my old plans for Burns they would form a bond with her, arrange for her safe escape from the Empire (along with Kallus), and stay behind for a while. It would be at least a few months before they reunited with Maketh, and they’d only visit her occasionally for a day or two at a time until either the war ended or they somehow got accepted into the Alliance. So for most of that time, their relationship is long distance/stolen moments, which sucks but hey, there’s a war on. I honestly haven’t thought much about what happens after that.

7: Describe your OC’s fashion sense.

Practical, modest, and sithy. Ikruss usually wears Inquisitor robes (maroon or grey) or very plain black robes after they leave the Empire. Their inquisitor clothes are a uniform so they don’t really have anything to do with that, and while on the run Ik’s priority is not being noticed. They prefer to wear grey and black over red and pink because, well, their skin is red/pink. Not much of a personal aesthetic.

8: Describe one of your OC’s bad habits.

Pushing themself too hard, probably. I mean, it’s their main way of coping, but still, baby could use more rest. As an inquisitor they pushed themself to be the best to make up for being forced into it and losing everything, which was bad in so many ways. And I think after that they push themself way too hard trying to atone for all of that, hunting Imperials and doing it on their own, most of the time. 

9: Your OC is having a nightmare. What is it?

The most likely features are their master Sibyl’s death and the Empire catching up to them and/or Maketh.

10: You are conducting a ritual. What 5 items would you need to summon your OC?

Maketh (or like, a piece of her hair or an object of hers), a lightsaber crystal (preferably red), a biiiiig warm blanket, a hot drink, and some food??

★ Barrett is really smart and invested in her job. She does maintenance on fighter ships and she’s very good at keeping them in peak condition. She probably graduated top of her class at the Imperial Academy and she’s a quick and creative thinker.

★ Ozma is a rebel fighter pilot and xie is very bold, brave, bound to the cause. Xie’s pretty quiet and not the most sociable person but sometimes people earn xyr respect and admiration by showing their dedication to the Alliance and then xie opens up more and is very friendly!

★ Imani is also a rebel pilot but far from the hotshot type! She is very competent and strategic and doesn’t like unnecessary risks or losses. No showing off either, and she tries to keep a cool head as much as possible.

❤: who is more affectionate in public? in private?

Maketh would be more affectionate in public, but only by a little. I don’t know if they’re ever really out in public together, and if they were it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to be affectionate or bring attention to themselves. They’re Republic fugitives and the Alliance doesn’t exactly like Ik either.

In private..I think Ikruss is a bit more affectionate. Maketh lives with Kallus most of the time and is a lot less isolated in general, whereas Ikruss is on their own when not with her. Ik is very starved of affection, so once they have a safe person to initiate contact with, they do. A lot.

💘: who developed a crush on the other first?

IKRAAVA THE GAY DISASTER. Maketh was being investigated as a potential deserter at the time they met, so she was a little distracted :P But Ik fell in love pretty quick.

💓: who initiates most physical contact?

They both initiate a lot! But Ik a little more probably, for the above reasons.

💛: who believes in soulmates?

Maketh kinda does, I think. I mean, from her perspective this inquisitor who was supposed to be investigating her started to care about her and ended up protecting her and helping her escape from the Empire. For someone who’s losing hope and faith in the Empire and is close to death, that’s some guardian angel shit.

First Rule of Angst: You've gotta tear up while you write it. It's how you know you're doing it right.

see, I usually don’t cry! I either a) feel nothing, which should maybe be concerning but w/e, it’s fine, or b) silently suffer inside, unable to cry or scream. Sometimes a little bit of both. If I’m crying, I’m not able to go on, because I’m weak like that.

And today I keep tearing up and cringing, which is part of why I’m procrastinating on tumblr lol.
