I just realized that my Persona 4 Dojima RP blog recently turned 2 years old. Time does indeed fly when you’re having fun.

"Thanks, Dojima-san... Are you really going to be so formal about this? I mean... i-it's been a while since I've seen you.. s-so..."

The umbrella, when it rains - Adachi, cause he’s like hell no im not getting wet, but mind you this is awkward since Dojima is taller than him. LAUGHS. but honestly Dojima accommodates to Adachi and ducks down lmao i mean the height difference isnt that much but you know what i mean.
The popcorn at the cinema - Adachi cause he’s not letting Dojima eat it all.
The baby, when it cries - Hell nah. Dojima tho.
The ice cream cone, when they share - Adachi, cause hell no Dojima-san get your own.
The remote, when they sit down to watch a movie - Adachi cause he likes to be in control *slaps knee* plus dojima usually falls asleep when they watch tv so hes like ok dojima-san you had your chance.
The basket, when they go shopping - Neither, they send Nanako, but I guess once Nanako was old enough to be out of the house then I think it would end up being Dojima because every time shopping day comes about Adachi comes up with some lame ass excuse.
The door, on dates - Dojima.
The other’s hand, most often - Dojima
Their breath, upon seeing the other on their wedding day - freaking Dojima totally.
The camera, when they take pictures together - Adachi (against his will) because Dojima has the hardest time positioning the camera

In retrospect it was all Yosuke's fault. He hadn't bothered to text Yu that morning before dropping by the Dojima residence, but in his defense the brunet had fully expected Yu to be around. Normally when Yu had work he would send a text so that Yosuke didn't start freaking out for no good reason, and since he hadn't heard anything by eleven, Yosuke figured that his partner had no plans. Since he had to go out anyway a little surprise visit wasn't such a bad idea.
The weather had been nice, so Yosuke decided to walk rather than take his bike or scooter. Inaba was pretty small, and if Yu wanted to go out rather than stay in Yosuke didn't want to make things uncomfortable. He rarely drove around the town, preferring to save the scooter for out of town trips instead. And considering that he was still paying off repairs, he didn't need to spend a fortune in gas. Of course if they wanted to go to Okina, they would have to go all the way back to his house to get his bike...
It didn't take Yosuke very long to reach Yu's place, and the music blasting through his headphones definitely helped making the trip feel shorter. When he reached the front door he turned off his music and pushed his headphones back, ringing the bell with an excited sort of smile. If he had really been paying attention he would have noticed that Dojima-san's car was in the car port, and he might have thought twice about just ringing the bell. Yosuke was just about positive that the man didn't like him.

He didn’t know what to make of any of this. He’d never expected this from Adachi. Even when he gone to confront him about the strangeness around the murder investigation he had expected so dumb excuse to send him back on his way but never this. This place, the way Adachi was acting… it was so unreal.
"Wh-what’s wrong with you? What’s gotten into you?!" He pulled uselessly against the chains more for show now than anything. He wasn’t getting loose and he knew it. "Like you? Of course… you’re my partner. Which is why I don’t understand why you’re doing this!"
"What do you mean what's wrong with me? I've always been like this. Don't act so surprised." he had to admit it was rather entertaining to see Dojima-san helpless like this. "I guess you misunderstood me. I know that you like me, everyone knows it."

Confessions || Adachi & Dojima
☎ - My character calls your character at midnight confessing their love
Lying in his futon there was a feeling of restlessness that consumed Adachi. It was an unusual feeling, one that usually only revealed itself when he was intoxicated but being sober did this mean that the mysterious feeling had been true? Were his feelings for Dojima really more than just a friendship? He held his cellphone and debated whether or not to call the older detective. What if he's asleep? That'd be stupid of me to wake him up over something like this, maybe I shouldn't say anything at all.
Setting his cellphone aside he turned over desperately trying to fall asleep. The anxiety became more restless at his attempt to get some sleep. "Shit." he turned back over quickly, cellphone at hand again. "I can't." getting up from his futon he knew what he had to do in order to muster up enough courage to confess his feelings for his partner.
It was low, but he found himself in his kitchen staring at three bottles of sake. This was the only solution Adachi could come up with in order for this feeling to leave him alone. He was quick to down the first two bottles although he struggled with the third. Since he was drinking on an empty stomach the intoxication had consumed him quickly. It was uncomfortable - he wasn't used to being genuinely drunk. He put his hands to his cheeks feeling flushed, "Ha...I can totally do this." he stumbled back to his futon flopping down on it and picking up his cellphone. He tried calling Dojima but got the wrong number the first few times until he finally got it right.
He couldn't help but laugh at himself for what he was about to do. Hearing someone pick up on the other side he took a moment before responding, "Dooo" he hiccuped, "jeema-san. I needa tell you something impoirtant its really important you need to hear this."

What happened when they met each other’s parents? I don’t really see either of them introducing each other to their parents? Adachi because well he doesn’t keep in contact with his family, and I think while Dojima would want to he would be too embarrassed especially because Adachi always tells him it doesn’t really matter what Dojima’s family thinks if they know they have feelings for each other then why would anyone else’s opinion matter.
How do they apologize after an argument? I don’t think Adachi would ever be the one to apologize, and seeing how stubborn Dojima is he probably wouldn’t either. I feel like Nanako would have to be the one to have them makeup.
What would they be like as parents?Dojima would definitely be a more stricter parent while Adachi is the more lenient one. He definitely has a soft spot with kids and spends more time with Nanako than Dojima does.
Who is the better cook? I don’ think either of them are that great at cooking, they probably rely on Nanako or Souji.
Who is more romantic? Dojima
What sort of gifts do they get for each other? Adachi is the worst person to get gifts, seriously. He’s just like YEAH I GOT YOU A GIFT CARD, while I see Dojima getting Adachi something more thoughtful… like “hey i noticed your tie looks kinda warn out so I bought you a new one”
Who gets jealous easiest? Adachi, but he doesn’t verbalize his jealousy.
Who gets more excited for events e.g.. Birthdays, Christmas? By just a hair, I think Adachi does.
Who is the most adventurous? Adachi
Who is the most protective? Dojima
What would they have been like as childhood sweethearts? Adachi would be the kid to follow Dojima around because he looked up to him not realizing that he actually had a crush on the older guy. Dojima, would then brush him off, considering the age difference - plus I don’t really see them in their younger years really embracing the possibility of anything romantic. It would just be a close friendship until later sort of deal.
