The old Wonder Bread factory lot on N Fremont, Williams, and Vancouver, now a New Seasons. I read that a bakery opened its doors on N Ivy St in 1915, and Wonder Bread took it over sometime later, building a factory there. The factory closed in 2000, leaving the outlet store on the corner. The building was demolished for a planned development that fell through, and remained empty and overgrown until NS went in.

I love thinking about the history of things and the people that might have been through here. This wall of pipes was near Fremont st, in what would be the back of the store now, and basement if they have one. The other views are looking across the lot towards Cook street. The 3rd photo is the factory in 1936, from city archives.
