Sourdough this evening is named "oops! I forgot..."
My sourdough usually sits and proofs overnight for around 12 hours. It was cold last night so it needed more time... Well.. it's now officially been 24 hours since I put it up to proof. Baking at 830pm.

The Twenty-Seven Swizzle
Allspice Dram, overproof rum, herbsaint, and honey syrup (et al). What will be the most powerful flavor among these heavyweights?
1 oz column still aged rum (I subbed El Dorado 15, this was a waste of El Dorado 15, please do not use El Dorado 15)
1 oz black overproof (Plantation O.F.T.D.)
1/4 oz allspice dram (St. Elizabeth)
1/2 oz demerara syrup (Liber & Co.)
1/2 oz honey syrup (GloryBee, I'm too lazy to make my own)
1/2 oz lime (fresh)
1 dash herbsaint (subbed in Lucid Absinthe)
1 dash Ango
Add ingredients to glass with crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with generous dusting of nutmeg.
In a competition of pretty powerful flavors, the OFTD and allspice dram work together to come out on top. You can detect the honey a little, but less than you'd expect. Runs a bit on the sweeter side, could adjust the demerara syrup to taste, I think.
