Overwatch Writing Prompt
Possible Trigger warnings!!
(Post-Recall - Overwatch) (Dad!Reaper x Child!Reader)
Reaper meats a child and bonds with them, but not wanting the child hurt or influenced by Talon ends up leaving and re-joining the re-called Overwatch.
After finally settling down at Overwatch and becoming friends with many in the group, Talon finds out the reason Reaper left them, and they want him back.
Cue Talon eventually kidnapping the Child, hoping to force Reaper to join them again.
How does Overwatch react? What would they do to get the child back? How would they cope with the missing child before finding out Talon has them?
Possible added ideas -
When Reaper re-joins Overwatch the group is skeptical and wary of both him and the child, and thus takes awhile for the group to accept that the bond between them is true, and not some plot to take them down.
Overwatch group, although still wary of Reaper, have become just as infatuated with child reader, and begin to treat them as family. Even some of the harder Agents (Soldier, Hanzo, etc.) begin to spoil and soften around the child.
Child is injured (or tortured), and Overwatch’s & Reapers reaction.
Cute Father-Kid interactions between Reaper and Child (possibly caught by another agent. And if it was filmed? No one needs to know :P)
Cute interactions between the child and other Overwatch members.
Before Reaper leaves Talon, the rest of the group (Sombra, WidowMaker, Moira, etc.) Find out about the child. (Do they stay with talon- possibly being the one t eventually tell Talon? Or do they leave Talon as well?)
