1- How long have you been on tumblr?
I’m kind of a newbie. I signed to tumblr on November or December 2012, after seeing Owl City live and meeting other hootowls. Then I joined twitter. And I saw some links to tumblr here and there and it sounded like fun, so… Here I am.
2- Have you made a friend for life because of tumblr?
I’m REALLY shy and rarely send messages at someone even if I would like to be friend with them… Maybe I don’t sound shy at all but I’m better at writing than speaking. So I did made a few friends I really like, and I like to hear more from them sometimes but I don’t know yet if it would be for life… I mean, I would like that but nothing prevents anyone to delete their tumblr one day. It already happened to me on facebook. One day we’re still speaking and laughing and having fun and the other day, I found out they deleted their account.
3- If you’d never discovered Adam and his music, what would life be like?
Well. First I would not have heard about introverts at all. I still think I’m often weird today, but if I never saw this video, it would be worse. Then I would cry a lot more. Might have been days where I wouldn’t have been able to get up and go to school. I would not have discovered tumblr, and saw all these posts that made me feel a little better. Maybe I would be less motivated to follow my dreams. When I feel tired, I often put Adam’s music and feel inspired to draw or sing or do something, anything because I would like to be able to bring a little more magic in this world, as he does. And making people dream.
4- What’s your favourite book? Why?
“The secret garden” by Frances H.Burnett. It’s still my favourite. There are such beautiful descriptions, and a big message of hope for everyone… =) I guess it is to me what “Watership Down” is to Adam. I really love this book,how Mary and Colin changes to be better persons, how queer this house she’s living in is- It feels as if I’m living this story at the same time as Mary. I would have done the same: searching for the key of the garden, opening all the doors… I like the idea of having a place on my own, a place that no one knows about where I can just be myself without any pressure. I like the idea of hiding from the world, escaping it…
5- In which country do you live and what can you say about it to make me interested?
I live in France. I guess it is a nice country if you forget how everyone is always busy, at least in the big towns. I would rather tell you about another country I lived in: Reunion island.
It’s such a small island yet it feels like home. There’s the beach, with beautiful sunsets you can go watch, walking on the “Barachois” where there is ancient canons which will never shoot again and playing areas and trees you can climb to and bushes you can explore… The wind is always blowing and you can daydream about the waves. Sometimes, whales comes there, and there’s dolphins too though I never saw any. There are also misty mountains: you can go there with friends and see how far they can go before you can’t see them anymore. You can walk for hours, and it is beautiful. There is also a volcano, and sometimes it erupts and you can go walk near the lava which flows in the sea…
And it is a place I love because it’s where I met some of my best friends. Plus, Reunion island is a good name for it, because when I was small I made a best friend there. We left for six years, and when I came back we were reunited in the same class and remembered each other. ^^
6- Other than Adam, do you have a passion in life that might influence your future?
I like to draw, and I would like to make an animated movie one day… I’m still learning how to do it.
I also like programming. Maybe one day I’ll make a videogame.
I like to write stories. I think that is the most important passion. My dream is to make people dream as much as I did in my life. And maybe turn the world into a better place…
7- What does your future looks like from where you stand having a positive outlook?
I don’t really know. I’m studying bioinformatics to help biology researches later. I think that I could work in that field. But I keep drawing on my textbooks, and I keep dreaming about other things… Maybe I’ll work on bioinformatics, and then keep writing and dreaming, and maybe my dreams will carry me elsewhere. Or maybe I will like my work and have time for my passions too. I don’t really know! Another thing I would like to happen is me being less awkward with the other, and having friends with who I can do things like going to see a movie, or just to talk sometimes and go choose new books to read, new games to play…
…….. Or maybe I will be taken to another world where I’ll finally find my place…
… Do candies count? I don’t know the name of the candies I’m thinking about but these are yummy and it’s great that there’s always enough to share with the others.
9- Most embarrassing moment
..mm… Oh. Right. There was that time where I had to play “The Turkish March” on piano. My teacher told me to do so at an audition, but I did not knew it very well actually: my fingers were moving fast but there would be times when I just trip on a note and then I did not know what to play next, a little like if you wake me up from a dream. So… It happened in front of everyone- students and parents- at the middle of the music. And they thought it was the end of the piece, and they clapped their hands. I had to stand up and salute and I almost ran away from the scene. =S
10- Which place in the world would you most like to visit?
I would love to go to Japan one day. It looks like a strange and beautiful country. I love hearing about it.
11- What are the five words that describe you best?
Dreams, Childish (both a good AND a bad point about me…Depends of people.), Faithful (I’ll never betray a friend intentionally), Shy, Attached (I become attached to someone rather quickly and strongly. Sometimes it’s a bit embarrassing.).
1- Craziest thing you have ever done?
There’s many! Like one time when we both had a cold, with my best childhood friend, we “sniffed” “The beautiful blue Danube” (don’t look at me like that.), the “Concerto pour deux voix” and many other songs… Yeah, we were really weird sometimes.
2- Super weird anon ask you have gotten?
I don’t get a lot of anon ask. So that would be tumblrbot at the very beginning: “your first memory from when you were human” or something like that...
3- Would you rather go to Hawaii, Florida, or California?
… … … Maybe California… No reasons in particular (I realiiiized… I must be in California!)
I haven’t finished one season yet. =( But I’m working on it!
5- What would you do if I was walking through a sad art gallery, and you were driving through the night?
I’d feel rather alone and ill at ease… BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE, HOW DO YOU STOP THIS, EVERYONE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! ???

I don’t like insults… But I don’t really have a least favorite.
… I don’t really know… Sometimes I’m wondering if it is one or if I’m simply embarrassed because the others might be thinking it is one if I get too close. What often happens is that I’m getting away from the ones I have doubts with, hoping that the feeling or doubt will fade after a while … But apart from my everyday life, maybe- maybe I have a slight one on Adam. … MAYBE. A SLIGHT. But if I ever meet him, I would just like to talk, and MAYBE just ask for a hug, but nothing else so maybe it’s not a crush. Even though I really don’t like muscles so I liked his apparence better when he was not so muscled but I still like the way he writes and sing and… … What am I even talking about ? … … (hides)
Ew. Sports. (jk. I like to swim and to attack the others with sticks (um, that’s called kendo) but I’m not doing any sport at the moment).
11- Can you play an Owl City song on an instrument of your choice?
I often try to do so on my piano. I’m trying to figure out the notes for “To the sky”, for example.
