No. Never experienced the sensation.

Don't worry -- I'm more or less a teenager. (I had my coming-of-age-panic-attack in my early 20s, and it was 2013 by the time I had the second one. Haven't been entirely stable since, but that's where my mental problems really started. I'm relatively healthy for someone who has been through whatever I have been through. I'm not actually a teen.)
