Locked and Loaded / LaL System - A term for systems that lack the "cluelessness" when it comes to new headmates.
This means when new headmates are split and/or formed (or other terms) they're already aware of the situation and able to inherently adapt without assistance - whether it be external or internal help - of any sort.
New headmates may actually benefit more from the lack of help, as it helps them build individuality without the possibility of blending, bleedover and/or passive influence warping perspective and allows the solid identification of self-identity.
I think there's such a weird expectation of systems that you should be distressed when you're someone new to a system, and we just, don't experience that distress. We might be a little confused, but we still understand, and know, and are able to get by without help (help in which we don't want).
