Get Fit or Get Hit - Week One Weight in and Plans

We are one week in.
Starting Weight: 263.8
Current Weight: 261.0
Weight Lost: 2.8 Pounds
Not bad for a starting week. I’ve cut major sugars out of my diet: IE cookies, candy, chocolate. As well as soda and alcohol.
This week main goal is to find healthy alternatives to things I love, or better snacks/deserts to make on “weak days”.
I am also starting to get more serious in my workout regimen. Today I was light. Chest press, overhead press then 5.5K on the treadmill at a higher incline. If I can ever get off my ass in the mornings I will be adding in my Stance Work and Forms to this training.
I’ll post more later this week. Good check-in, while we have a long road ahead of us, its going to be worth it in the end.
