I have been pill free for 31 days as of tonight :) I have never been so proud of myself and I hope your also proud of me because I'm fixing myself for you. No to quit smoking again. I started smoking again cause of the stress and to get rid of the cravings and temptations. I have been smoke free for two days and instructed my friends to hit me every time I think of smoking or try go buy a pack or ask someone for one. I can feel myself getting better :)

I'm no longer drinking alcohol everyday, I can barely look at it without feeling sick which is a good thing. I know it will be almost physically impossible to not drink alcohol ever again but I will and can control when and how much I drink. No more drunk texting. No more blacking out. No more mistakes. I beat this!
