Only in The Davies Household!! Me and mum have just dyed each other's hair (pink, purple and blue), so we're sporting scruffy dressing gowns and shower caps, when I had a Funny Five Minutes (thanks to kidney infection 24 in 24 months; at least I've finished the year consistently!), so basically I went all grey/blue and sweaty... Cue me lying on the bed on my oxygen via mask whilst mam drinks a glass of wine and tells me she'll fucking kill me if she has to ring 999 whilst we've both got hair dye on 😂 dad rang and mum answered "hello, emergency ward 10, how mast I help!"... Despite two fairly big spasms that required being held down so I didn’t hurt myself/others, medications, and a few hours oxygen, I’ve had a fab day today. Guess who’s staying for Christmas? Yup, me ! Fortunately there’s an actual oxygen concentrator at Mum and Dad’s, so this supply is just for trips out and about... sorry for the clutter Mum! So yesterday I had to take a little trip to the GP surgery for my 20th kidney infection in 20 months. But I was feeling pretty good, in spirit if not in body, so I decided to go into town for a Costa (loving my birthday vouchers!), a spot of shopping, and to visit Squad, the Snow Dog I helped design sand decorate with my YA ty Hafan squad. I ended up having a really great day ☀️😁 despite needing some oxygen to help my hard working heart!
