Each time someone argue about order 66 and if the chips are better or not in the EU vs Canon or whatever.
Here the only GOOD answer. 😤All clones agree.

You know it's a good batch of tiingilar when you can feel the heat in your ear canals.
Alterations: coconut cream instead of tomato paste
Note: Taro root is poisonous if not cooked properly. Make sure it's cooked properly (soft and tender like a potato)
I chose taro, yam, and coconut cream because Tem brought his Maōri heritage to Jango Fett and by extension the Mandalorian people and their culture. I still haven't found a good alternative for the apple. A friend suggested mandarin oranges and persimmons.
I tried the oranges — fail. They turned bitter.
Too scared to try the persimmons.
Any suggestions will be nice.
I've made this with beef, pork, and chicken. If you want to make it vegetarian/vegan I'd recommend a meaty mushroom like shiitake. Follow the Skirata family secrets for the mushrooms too!!!
Kaisa Skirata's secrets to great tiingilar.
- cook the meat, garlic, onions, and ginger with soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce and some mild curry paste (green works). Season the meat with garam masala and salt, add some red pepper flakes. Deglaze pan with tihaar (I use saké as my tihaar substitute.)
- add some tihaar and red pepper flakes to the coconut cream in the crock pot
- once meat is cooked, put everything into crockpot. Add your veggies, the rest of the ingredients.
- stir well. Cook on high for four hours.
My favorite moment in the new Mando episode.

If you can figure it out then congrats!!!
