Unpopular opinion: Pop singers can be good in musical roles.

strongly agree | agree | neutral | disagree | strongly disagree

My immediate response is to disagree because I've seen so many shows destroyed by stunt casts *cough* marti pellow *cough*. But that doesn't mean that its impossible for them to be good. some examples of pop singers in musicals that I loved would be Niki Evans in Blood Brothers and Gareth Gates in Les Mis. but I can think of far more bad examples than good.

I'm going to see the wicked tour this saturday and every time a show is coming up where I've booked the ticktes a long way in advance I always have a dream where I get the date wrong and miss the show and one dream where I turned up late in a mad rush and then slept through the rest of the show, I do not enjoy these dreams.

Your voice is so beautiful, I know next to nothing about singing technically but it was just so easy to listen to and I think the song really suited your voice. Also, thank you for singing an underrated song from an underrated musical.
