i’m not entirely sure, because i last re-read affc a year ago, but they still talk about the boltons in small council meetings and they’re still very much their allies in the north!

yeah, exactly, cersei expects the boltons to defeat stannis (or at least delay him) so it makes no sense that they accepted littlefinger’s offer who, btw, has no authority over sansa??? like, why does he send messages all over the realm to find her a husband? he’s not her father and he’s not the king.
and let’s not even talk about the fact that she’s still married.
