you’re amazing. you’re strong. you’re beautiful and handsome. you’ve been through a lot and you’re still here. wow that’s awesome and i’m so proud of you!! and if you’re still going through a lot, you can fight this. i know you can and i have so much faith in you. 

even if it feels like it’s too much right now, you can find the strength to make it through day by day. you just have to take it one step at a time. your future will be amazing, even if you can’t see it right now. and you don’t have to!! you’re in the present and it’s okay to live in the present when the future scares you so much.
