Slight Metric redesign

Unparalleled Metric - youngest member of the ICU group

An unexpected addition to the group but they were welcomed regardless. A stubborn iterator that can be a bit reckless from time to time, they have a bit of a hard time connecting with other people but will slowly take their time to warm up as long as they feel like it’s safe to do so

They’re mostly in charge of Fluke’s previous role as an archivist but then slowly dabble more into court matter the longer they’re inside the metropolis, which resulted in, certain outcomes that no one would expect
