Movie Night | | Jesse + Lola
There was no doubt about it, she was running late. Her NA meeting had run over and no one wanted to cut off the newest attendee sharing their life story. Unfortunately, that meant she was frantically trying to get ready before Jesse came over to watch movies. She hadn't even had a chance to text him and push back their plans slightly as her phone had died about halfway through the meeting. Despite the lack of time, she still insisted on showering and washing her hair as she had had cross country practice before the meeting and she really didn't want to be sweaty and gross for the rest of the evening. The second she got out of the shower, she heard a knock on the door. Cursing, she grabbed the nearest towel and wrapped it tightly around her body, not really noticing that it was probably a little too small to be wearing around company. "One second!" She called, tugging her wet hair up into a messy bun. She could brush it later, after she was dressed. Right now she just didn't want to drip water all over the floor. "Hey love", she said with an easy smile as she finally opened the door. "I'm sorry, I was running a bit late. You can make yourself comfortable and I'll get dressed really quickly", she promised. @insclents

Movie nights {Caleb & Nate}
Entering the room he announced his presence, due to not spotting Nate instantly. He walked in further sitting down on his own bed as he waited for his best friend to appear. The fact that his crush hadn't changed things between them was a relief to him, but so far they hadn't spend any time alone together since. It made Caleb slightly worried that Nate would be hesistant about cuddles just when Caleb was getting used to them. They made him feel safe and loved and Nathan honesty provided the best ones. "Nate?" He called out again, as he kicked out his shoes picking up the bag he had dropped on the floor and grabbing several snacks and drinks out of it.
Movie Night || Ava + Zach
Zach had already done himself of ordering the pizza, asking for it to be delivered to the house, as he had gone out to bookstores in search of Duck Soup. He got lucky, he assumed, when he found a DVD version of the classic screwball comedy in the old movies clearance basket. As he returned to the house, he waited downstairs for the pizza to arrive before approaching Ava’s room with caution. Since she was roomed with Hunter, he didn’t want to be pulled in just for the winner to gloat at him, as if he cared about the presidency at all. The curly haired boy just kept getting the new house in his prayers and pushed all those feelings aside as he held the pizza box firmly in one hand with the DVD case on top of it as he knocked with the other. He had been getting himself excited about Wednesday night since they’d made the plans on Monday, even though he’d been working most of the day instead of being able to stay at the house.
He couldn’t wait to share details about his picnic with Gemma, hoping that Ava would be able to stay neutral and give him advice on how to woo her. Zach was also hoping to meet Toby, Ava’s new pet pug, even though he certainly wasn’t the greatest when it came to pets. As he waited outside the door, the curly haired boy thought back to what everyone else had thought about his relationship with Gemma, and his mood was slightly brought down by the thought of everyone disliking her. As soon as he could hear the door open, though, a smile was plastered across his face as he greeted Ava happily, “Hey Ave.”
