awkward coincidences ♦ seyeon + jonghyun
The waiting room wall was coloured brightly, butterflies tacked to the surface and dancing around behind the chairs across from Jonghyun. There were a couple other families, couples with their young children -- but the male at twenty five years old, didn't see anyone who was like him. Five year old Hae Jin sitting at his feet, playing with an old camera that he had become obbsessed with in recent months; taking pretend photos of everything around him. While three year old, Hae Woo was clinging onto Jonghyun in his tired state. The youngest son coughing into the fabric of Jonghyun's jumped and whining as he tried to find sleep again.
"It's okay..." Jonghyun murmured to the boy in his arms, rubbing his back and looking down to make sure Hae Jin was still in his place. His ex-girlfriend had to go to work, so Jonghyun called in sick; like he often did. Putting the two boys first, while Ah Ra would tell him that they would be fine. It was just the flu. Like usual, they argued. They often argued over what was right and what was wrong, and Ah Ra always ended up saying she couldn't skip work because she would be fired.
His attention was drawn over to the sound of opening and closing doors, two seconds was all it took for Hae Jin to find his feet and run off excitedly. Jonghyun feeling the bump on his leg before his head whipped around to see the back of his eldest son dashing away from him. "Hae Jin! Hae Jin!" Jonghyun hissing the name as he climbed to his feet, cumbersome and urgently trying to catch the five year old. Hae Woo whining in his arms, and Hae Jin soon crying when he slipped over. Jonghyun unable to do much but stand behind the boy, trying to urge him onto his feet. "Come on, Hae Jin-ah~ It's okay. Up you get."
After Christmas || Bonnie & Cedric
He could feel her lips pressed against his own, tender kisses exchanged between the both of them. Long fingers ran up her spine, feeling the soft fabric against the tips of his fingers as he reached up, locks of pink tangling within his fingers. He sat upon the couch, the large house quiet save the ticking of the clock and the muffled sounds of the heavy traffic outside made by travelers anxious to return back to their own lives and away from their families whom they were forced to endure during the holidays. While exempt thanks to the lack of family, he had spent his own with Bonnie's who provided to be an interesting bunch. They were still there given both of their habits of waking up late and that Christmas was only a few hours ago. The fact that they were still there hadn't bothered him however. No one was around the house and his thoughts were preoccupied with the female whose lips tasted sweeter than he had remembered.
Lips trailed down to her neck, tasting her soft skin for himself. His fingers released his grip of her hair, trailing down to the helm of her shirt. It stuck to her skin in a way that seemed to only tease him and further his desire for her. It was just a question of why it had taken as long as it had for their lips to play the endless dance they seemed entrapped it now. His lips returned back to her own as his fingers slipped within the soft cotton, feeling her warm skin against his finger tips. His other hand, that once kept still on her cheek as they kissed, fell down as well, running over her sides until joining the second.
