The duties of her being a princess included going forth to the different kingdoms to establish relationships within said meeting kingdoms. A responsibility Mina couldn’t care less about. What she was excited about was all the traveling and the meeting of new people. The trip they were taking this time was to the Kingdom of Knowledge. She has heard that they had a princess a little bit older than herself and she couldn’t wait to meet her. She couldn’t wait to go period, this would be her first trip there.

The nineteen year old wanted to make a good impression on the other girl. She figured a little ‘thank you for having me in your kingdom’ gift would do nicely. Mina thought long and hard a couple of days about what the gift should be. Then it hit her as her official suggests what better gift than an animal friend. She chose the gift of a squirrel, which they have an abundance of, and made the necessary cage for it and made sure she had a supply of the creature’s food to give the other princess as well.

Once they finally set sail and reached their destination they had to sit through a boring meeting as soon as they got in. It felt like hours and the girl was honestly on the verge of falling asleep. The meeting finished and she was finally introduced to the princess and left alone for some bonding time. “Well even though they already introduced me, hi I’m Mina and it’s really a pleasure to meet you.” She smiled brightly and handed the other the cage she was carrying.

“Here it’s a thank you gift for allowing my family into your kingdom. It’s something that we have so many of in my home, I know it’s not as extravagant as something you would get at another kingdom but I hope you enjoy it anyway.”

youngji was thoroughly displeased. her parents had informed her that there would be a male staying at their farm with them this summer, and despite the numerous protests that had slipped out of her lips, there was no way to reverse the situation. they were doing it as a favor to their friends from years past, and in return for her accepting the situation, they told her they would pay for a trip to the city for her sometime in the future.

however, that wasn't the most awkward part of the whole situation. she would be the one to have to pick up the male from the train station. her parents were both unavailable to do so, so in the humid heat, she started the ignition of her pick-up truck, she began to make the drive to the train station which was at least a good twenty to thirty-minute drive away.

by the time she had arrived, she was exhausted. could she just sit in her car and wait for him? but no, there was no way either of them would find each other in that case. so awkwardly, she grabbed the sign that she had made with his name on it and stood at the platform that he was to arrive on ... and waited.
