Red Velvet Hair & Red Velvet Cupcakes {Peyton&Jace}
Peyton bit her lip as she was on her computer. She ended up daydreaming about Make It Work. The show was different and not at all what she excepted it to be. Everyone was so nice and she felt like she fit right in. She already became great friends with Summer and Kristi and she couldn’t wait for the challenges. Not to mention Jace was totally cute. When she heard that the first challenge was cooking and baking she was super excited. Baking is Peyton’s favorite activity to pass the time. When she was younger she would always bake with her older cousins and she would always be laughing and it just made her happy. Peyton knew exactly what she wanted to bake. Red velvet cupcakes. She had an obsession with them, hence her hair color and they always came out really yummy. She got out of her daydream and she flipped her hair back thinking about what out to wear.
Peyton closed her laptop as she rolled over off of her bed and she head off to her closet. The red-head threw her clothes all over the place tying to find the perfect dress. She finally decided on a white strapless dress that she had bought in Abercrombie and Fitch because it had the same name as her. She groaned as she slipped it on. Her hair clashed with the pink flowers. Was she thinking too much into this? She slipped on her classic nude pumps and she finished her look off with her famous high ponytail and she placed a pink ribbon in her hair over the ponytail. Peyton lifted her arm up and she grabbed her luggage that she had at the top of her closet and she placed it on the bed. “Where did I put it?” She thought to herself as she opened all the pockets. She opened up the front and she pulled out a piece of paper, which she left in there when she visited her cousins. “Found it!” She said out loud as she slipped her famous red velvet recipe into her purse. Peyton then walked over to the mirror and she checked her make-up. She kept it light but she wanted to look pretty. She puckered her lips adding glass and she took a quick selfie and she texted her best friend back. She walked out of her room and she headed down to the kitchen waiting for Jace to show up.
Peyton started to set everything up as she placed the recipe on the counter and she reached up to grab all the mixing tools they would need. She then reached over and placed all their ingredients they would need off to the side. “Okay, flour, baking soda, salt, sugar…” She rattled off the ingredients and she rocked back and forth on her heels. She fixed her dress and she pulled it up slightly and she re-tied the bow on the side into a perfectly tight bow to secure the dress. She took her phone out scrolling on her Instagram feed liking the pictures that she saw. She slipped her phone away in her purse when she got bored of the pictures. The red-head twirled a piece of hair between her fingers and she leaned against the counter as she looked around waiting for Jace to come.
