me five years ago: i’m gonna make a joke char, it’s gonna be fun and casual, i will never be intense about them

i said to myself, “for once i’ll actually make a char starting from their design so i can draw all the things i like” and this was the result

“hey i drew ash so i should draw his rival!“ what a fool i was. i’ve never drawn them once by themselves and they suddenly get their own ref sheet. somehow it’s very halley to piggyback off ash on everything

ref hell continues... but i’ve been meaning to finalize ash’s design and do a proper ref sheet for the longest time now so :”) i’m happy to have it done!

... yea i bsed something in a day and cleaned up the rest after. normally i’d feel bad but that seems like something kyouya would find funny so i guess it’s cool
