Summary : Kurt goes to see Blaine perform at Nino's and then they go out for dinner and hang out.
Kurt was excited as he got ready to go out. He'd changed his outfit about ten different times, wanting to find something absolutely perfect. He felt like he hadn't seen Blaine in forever. From his trip to Paris, and then going home for Easter and all the actual work Kurt needed to get done, he'd barely had a moment to himself. But now he and Blaine would get to spend an evening together. Again. Kurt couldn't help but smile whenever he thought back to Blaine's birthday all those months ago. Not about the sex, necessarily - even though that part had been incredibly nice -, but more about the fact that Blaine had felt that comfortable around Kurt to let them do something like that together. It felt nice and Kurt hoped that Blaine was feeling the same way about it. And from the way Blaine was practically flirting with him when they spoke, Kurt gathered he did.
He put one more spray of hairspray in his hair, making sure that everything looked perfect. He straightened the collar of his jacket and checked himself one more time in the mirror, making sure he had his keys and phone and wallet. Once he was able to convince himself that he was ready, he set out onto the street. He was making his way to Nino's. Blaine was playing a set there tonight. And even if Kurt had said he'd show up after the show, he just wanted to see Blaine perform again, so he decided to sneak in unseen again.
Once he got to the coffee shop, Blaine was already on stage, singing. Kurt smiled warmly and then hurried to sit down at a table in the corner, the same one he had sat at the first time he'd seen Blaine performing all those months ago. The waitress came over and took Kurt's coffee order. Once she left, Kurt sat back in his chair and listened happily as Blaine played.
