Who. Even. Cared? That's all Cooper could think in his head over and over and over again as his manager lectured him on teaching customers shortcuts with their DIY projects. Apparently, they weren't supposed to be DIY. Apparently, at Lowe's, he was meant to emphasize their contracting assistance and payment plans for their renovations. Apparently, Lowe's is a stupid company.
Coop didn't believe in cheating a person just for a sale. A lot of these folks come in having no clue where to begin with patching the hole in their drywall or snaking their bathroom sink. Coop nearly tripped as his feet backpedaled to the light aisle. He had barely seen her out the corner of his eye as he had passed, but that was enough for his body to move on its own accord. Suddenly, he was standing next to this beautiful, petite woman with her hair pulled up and her brow furrowed as she stared at the wall of fixtures with his mouth slightly open. Was his mouth open? Cooper Capanzano, say something! He choked slightly instead.
