Sweater cuffs gripped tightly in his hands Woohyun found himself overly conscious of the heavy weight of his boyfriend’s arm slung over his shoulder. He threw a smile at everyone that sent his a wave or a ‘Hey Woohyun’ as he passed, asking how people were doing in passing, but not staying still long enough to hear their answers. It was like this everyday. He didn’t know any of them well, maybe a few of their names, but they knew him so much more, and it had never really bothered him, but over time he’d come to notice it more. There was a party that night, and he vaguely caught the mentioning of it around him - ‘Youngji’s party’ was all the rage at the moment, had been the talk of the college for weeks already. It was meant to be the prefect start to the new year, and Woohyun was sure it would be. Despite his somewhat off mood that day he was looking forward to it.
He knew they’d ask him to sing - they always did.
His forefinger and index were looped through the beltloop at Youngbin’s hip, holding himself close - it was a habit. However spotting someone he hadn’t seen in a while, a girl he used to sit with in his music theory class, he pulled himself away from Youngbin’s side slightly, the taller male stopping beside him, caught up in his conversation with another member of the football team.
Woohyun’s body turned, a smile growing across his lips easily at the sight of her, and he took a single step closer, only to find himself almost knocked off his feet as a taller guy, dressed in a black sweater, bumped into his shoulder. He took a second to try and catch his balance, by which time Youngbin was already on the guy’s case.
“Watch where you’re going!”
Here goes.
