It’s my birthday and I don’t want a party. ❞ Alec could hear how harsh his words sounded but he was incapable of stopping them from coming over his lips. He felt terrible, on edge, and all he wanted was to go to sleep and wait for this day to be over. The party suggestions had started this morning already, at breakfast with Izzy, and continued throughout the day until Alec had finally snapped, with Magnus being the unlucky one who got his boyfriend’s accumulated anger directed at him. ❝ If you want to have drinks, go ahead.
