if jiho didn’t have to be super quiet in that very moment, she would definitely be echoing an evil laughter. she knows what she’s doing is very risky because mingyu could return in any moment now; but jiho’s confident in her speed and skills and she makes sure to take another good look around before sneaking into her friend’s dorm. opening the zipper of her sweater (which has caused tiny sweat drops to manifest on her forehead, considering it’s the hottest month of summer but she had to wear it to hide the main object of her prank) and takes out an airhorn she’s kept hidden there and a duct tape from the pocket of her shorts.
moving the door a bit, jiho positions herself next to the wall and close to the entrance, making sure to work faster but not hastily; she snorts to herself as she tries to suppress her (still) evil laughter as she separates a relatively long piece of tape with her teeth from the rest, putting the now not needed object back into her pocket. she places the bottom of the airhorn against the wall, tape between her lips and her free hand calculating where she has to put the horn so that when someone opens the door, its handle would collide right into the top. once she’s done, she wraps some of the tape around the bottle and the rest she smoothes on the wall.
perfect.
her prank is now prepared and the only thing she needs is to hide somewhere close and wait for mingyu to return and unsuspectingly open the door of his room—
when suddenly a figure appears in her vision, jiho’s body freezes. she blinks at her friend now standing at the doorstep and she swallows.
“oh. hello.” shit! she got caught right in the action! okay, quick save, think, jiho, think! she scurries away from the door. “hey, mingyucchi, i’ve been waiting for you!”
