How did you come up with the Akechi redesign for the fic? Did you always have a vague idea or did you need to do some research to figure out? Somewhere in between? How happy are you with this design?

I was talking with my friends something detective related would be fantastic for him. It was something I immediately wanted since his Persona instead of Robin Hood would be Mr. Altamont (an alias of Sherlock Holmes). I really wanted everything about him to contrast Joker in his Fake Phantom Thief look. From the colors to the Persona to the theme.

I thought Film Noir detective would be very fitting for him. I had a lot of concepts. But @coolman229 ended up sketching a concept that was really close to what I had in mind (minus a few small details) and I am really REALLY happy with the design. He looks so good and it feels perfect for him.
