In the current situation we find ourselves in, it is one of the most simple acts of rebellion against this administration.

- Stay educated by checking out books

- Use the wifi to stay connected to online sources

- Attend skills (I.e. sewing, gardening, etc.) classes

- Use your library card to access new sources/research that are often paywalled without a subscription of some kind

- Recommend books for purchase to keeps others informed

Libraries are truly one of the last places we can gather, access resources for free, and just exist. By supporting them we’re fighting the good fight.

Candidate Trump tried distancing himself from a right-wing blueprint that President Trump’s administration is already implementing.

This year has been like a blur.

so many tears, self-doubts;

fell ill most of the time;

had a decision that will redefine my upcoming years;

held so much grief for the life that i wish to have but no I could not and should not have;

quietly growing, subtly and consistently;

learning to be in tune with my body better;

losing more people, settling with my little life;

reading more, feeling a lot more.

it may be the last time that I use tumblr as an online diary. I’ve been happy to go back to journaling more often.

been sick a lot lately, throbbing pain of migraine to the point that I was on the verge of tears.

It’s like my body is telling me to surrender, to truly think of it as an extended part of myself than a vessel to stuff my pain and leave it all like a mess.
