Pearl’s gaze remained fixed on Peridot, who had only rather recently emerged from the restroom. She was distrustful, to say the least, but Garnet had talked her out of the whole leash idea by pointing out some rather... embarrassing sounding implications some might read into it. Goodness, she hadn’t meant it like that... But the potential misconstrual was enough to lead her to decide against it.

That didn’t mean she wouldn’t do everything in her power to ensue Peridot was never left alone or otherwise in a position to cause problems. On the bright side... it was awfully hard to consider her a threat like this...

Of course, the thing in question isn't all that important to her ---- she's got a lot of them. But fair warning is only polite in regards to a piece of technology that's literally designed to give a... mild shock to someone's system.
