She mumbles tiredly, very nice and nestled in the others sweater, it’s too cold here and she doesn’t want to wear her whole uniform. Sucks. But for now, she’ll steal Widowmaker’s items, a simple kiss and a please would of probably let the woman let her use it. But… she likes stealing things.
“Then I would have to tear it off of you,” said Widowmaker simply, sitting down with a cup of coffee. “Do you not have your own sweaters?”
Honestly, Widowmaker was more hung up on the fact that Sombra was wearing her clothes without permission. She swam in the damn thing, too. It was ill-fitting. Perhaps she would buy her one. As she sipped her coffee, she wondered if it was the cashmere that Sombra liked about it.
At 9 o’clock give or take, as they had previously decided on, Jake entered Jer and Stana’s bar. Tiredness and indisposition were evidently sculpted on his face - nothing that couldn’t be changed with a few cocktails and good company. Spotted his friend, he walked closer and placed his wallet and car keys on the bar counter. “I just realized that being here means that I’m always right. I may end up liking in here a little bit too much.” The ease of this friendship was that he could walk to her after quite a lot of time and take up where they had left off. @stanakaticbw
Although Sienna and Bradley had spent quite the time together in the past few weeks during the promoting period of their latest movie, Bradley didn’t find spending some more time with the two girls a bad idea at all. After the previous night’s fun and madness, a quiet dinner date was anything the man could ask for. First step was to inform Jennifer of his plans for the evening, second one was the easiest one: getting ready. Quick shower, clothes on, fingers through his hair and he was ready to go. He drove his way to Sienna’s place, finding it easily. It was so unthinkable that it’d already been half a year since he’d moved to Bayview, yet there were still lots of secret to be unveiled... or streets to be found since the odds of him getting lost were still rather high. As soon as his car was safely parked in the driveway, Bradley shot a quick text to Sienna -instead of simply knocking at the door which would’ve made more sense - then got out and walked to the entrance door. In his left hand he was tightly holding a wrapped package, containing a small gift for Marlowe - something Bradley had managed to buy her sometime in between work trips. @britishrosemiller
kiko stirred in her sleep as he settled himself on the floor, legs folded beneath him as he quietly tried to clear his thoughts, careful not to wake her. it was still some hours before sunrise but there was no need to look at the clock, he knew it was almost twelve midnight. july twenty-first, their eleventh month. his palms felt cold. the drumming of his heartbeat echoed within his rib cage. why was he trembling?
he counted down the minutes as it slowly melted into seconds, anxious fingers fiddling with a small ring that sat weightless on his palm. white gold, silvery and subtle. but it was the stone, an inky blue black which resembled the evening sky just before it transitions into day, that sealed the deal. it reminded him of her. of how moonlight, blue and ghost-like, appeared when it touched her skin. she is beautiful and the hour didn't matter; but night, night becomes her. exquisite. inexplicable.
10 seconds...
the wooden flooring creaked as he knelt on it and his hand wrapped around the ring in a tight fist as if opening it might jinx what he intended to do. all those years of performing wasn't enough to prepare him for this stage, an audience of one. he leaned in closer, pressing his weight onto the bed and causing a small shift. the sound of her breathing mingled with the nervous humming of his own. cold air passed through his dry mouth as he inhaled, letting it sit in his chest before slowly exhaling. along with it went the pressure that threatened to break his chest apart.
3... 2... 1
"kiko..." the name he knew all too well, repeated verbally and mentally like a mantra that urged him on. he traced the outline of her bare shoulder, trailed kisses along it; with his breath he wrote her name, like a quiet prayer, on her skin. it was this, the moment of surrender, and all too willingly he'll give it to no one else but her.
