Seen & Not Heard - SiAm

Am had been noticing the quiet creeping into his every day life. Moments where sound would cut out entirely, even though he could see people’s lips moving. It was shocking at first, but Am was used to the quiet. It was nice, actually, to have some peace. Not that living with Si was particularly raucous. 

Silence had fallen totally now, and Am could have purred with how comfortable he felt. His law book was resting on his knee, and he was flicking through slowly, glancing up at Si every so often.
