thinking about the beginnings of the pa seeds being planted in clark’s mind when you come home from work one day to your shared apartment in metropolis and just collapse into him from exhaustion, so ready for your boyfriend to be your post shift pick-me-up and he’s all too excited to let his more controlling tendencies out…realizing he can make you dependent on him through stress he may or may not manufacture behind the scenes just so you want to stay inside with him even more. he sees now that you need more than a boyfriend, you need your Pa to come set things right. he’s more than happy to oblige. proposing that you two take a get away weekend to the farm just for some R&R and when you say you wish life could stay like this forever, how could Pa disappoint his best girl?
