Domingo passado foi dedicado aos salgados indianos, num workshop sobre os mesmos no Templo Radha Krishna em Lisboa, onde para além das tradicionais chamuças, houve lugar a aprender fazer e provar inúmeras iguarias ricas em novos sabores que fizeram facilmente dar como bem empregue o tempo investido nesta experiência!
De salientar que na cozinha Hindu a carne é excluída. Os vegetais frescos da época, as leguminosas e as especiarias devidamente combinadas de acordo com as necessidades de cada receita, além de extraordinárias sensações no palato, serenam facilmente a digestão e por incrível que pareça geram bem estar, eliminam facilmente a ideia que a comida de origem indiana leva-nos a passar horas na casa-de-banho!
