Recently I got around to making at least some kind of video. And this is my gift to Whiskas :). Actually, I did this a couple of days ago, but I usually post in tmb last of all (not always). Here are a couple of Whiskas oc'es. 1 - previous Whiskas skin in rb. 2 - Miss Time, from the new fd, which I'll tell you about later. 3 - Whiskas from AC, which you all know very well. For those of us in North America who order from LEGO's online Pick-A-Brick selection, the current political situation in the United States has made our LEGO lives that much more complicated. The text from the screenshot is transcribed below and several of the facebook comments had people just saying they would switch to BrickLink, but I don't think that will solve the issue for several reasons. Firstly, BrickLink's website is about to be completely switched over to LEGO, with LEGO and BrickLink accounts merging in September. None of us really know what that's going to look like or what that's going to mean. Secondly, with all postal carriers including the United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL, the Royal Mail, and the French and Spanish national post offices stopping international shipping into the United States, it's possible all LEGO products will become more expensive and more difficult to acquire in the United States. Today, thousands of Standard elements have been removed from sale on PaB in the US and Canada, and it seems the root cause might be the changes to tariffs imposed by the Trump administration.

On both the North American PaB stores, "Standard" elements are those stored in and shipped from the European warehouse, while "Bestseller" elements are in the USA. (For the rest of the world, there is no such distinction – everything comes from Europe.)

The Trump government have suspended something called the De Minimis exemption, where packages with a value less than US$800 can enter without paying customs, duties or taxes. Tariffs have to be paid prior to arrival, and it's up to the postage carriers to ensure this happens. As a result, postage carriers in Denmark and other countries are suspending all deliveries there, because of the short window given to them by the US to alter their business practices before this comes into effect on 29 August 2025.

We have not had any official statement from The LEGO Group as yet about how this affects customers, however thousands of Standard elements have been removed from the US & CA PaB services today and we suspect they'll all be gone in the next few hours. New Elementary do NOT recommend you try purchasing before they disappear, given the unpredictability of the situation.

Regrettably the same applies in Canada: obviously this is not a case of Canadian tariffs however. Presumably the whole PaB stock management system is geared towards treating North America as a single entity? After all, who could have predicted they'd need to treat one country so differently, at such short notice!

The rest of the world is not affected by this issue. About 350 elements have been removed from PaB sites in the rest of the world today, but apparently these are simply out of stock rather than due to any unusual problem.

We will bring you information from The LEGO Group if it comes. At this stage we don't know the situation with those who recently placed North American Standard orders... I doubt ANYONE knows yet.

I think I'll always hate you. Just a little. Not enough to ever make me leave you. But enough that it's always there, quietly in the background.

But I can't ever forget those months in the beginning of our relationship where you picked another woman over me. Nothing we've ever done together (get married, buy a house and live together) can erase those memories from my mind.

Sure you never actually cheated. But you can't tell me it wasn't emotional cheating. You aren't just at another woman's beck and call while in a commited (or so I thought), monogamous, long term relationship and not having some type of intense emotion connection. You don't go running to meet her at a bar when she says she's having relationship troubles and wants to talk and then spend all night talking and drinking and getting shit faced drunk with her. Or constantly commenting on her appearance every time she posted a selfie on social media even AFTER I asked you to stop. Going to visit her at her work just to be near her and spend time with her while she's working and you're doing your homework. WHILE WE ARE "TOGETHER" MIND YOU. And when it finally got to be too much for me and you were suggesting we stopped hanging out together with her and you would hang out with her alone because I got too mad (yeah that didn't go over well) we ended up agreeing it was better for you to essentially ghost her and even then when I said you should block her on insta you said you'd just delete the whole app 🙄. You did, but I damn well went back, redownloaded the app on your phone, blocked that bitch and then re deleted it off your phone.

I asked you point blank so many times if you had feelings for her and you never fessed up but I know DAMN well you were lying to my face every single time because you looked at her like she hung the moon and I've never felt like I elicited the same response in you. Not on our wedding day, not ever. You would talk about her and her life and her accomplishments to others with such pride and you've never done that for me. Every time I think about that time in our lives I just get depressed knowing I'm second best to a girl who was never even in your life like that, who isn't even in your life at all anymore. And I hate you for that.
