Think about it--he said it was his goal when he was in high school The only reason he's pulling back from Rachel is because he was afraid that he'd win and then he couldn't be the bachelor Honestly I think his endgame was to be famous and become the bachelor and then go on dancing with the stars like nick He's beautiful but so calculated. He has a perfectly thought out response for every question. He's not in love with Rachel and never was and had no intention of being in love with her. He hardly even kisses her for real besides a few pecks. Yes he's gorgeous but I'm kinda over his fake trump supporting ass anyway

PETER on the bachelorette is devastating. I keep getting these soul mate vibes between Peter and Rachel (body language, eye contact, that scene in the bathtub!!!). a/n: i have another prompt about them having kids so i went with the domestic one - hope this is what you wanted!

when rachel wakes in the morning to the smell of freshly cooked bacon, the sizzle of the frying pan ringing in her ears, she smiles. she reaches her arms up and stretches, feeling her muscles fight the motion ever so slightly, before she sits up, standing from the bed. yawning, she walks down the hall, smiling even more when she sees peter standing over the stove, whistling softly to himself as he cooks.

“good morning to you too,” rachel says, and peter glances up at her, smiling brightly, almost as bright as the sunlight streaming through the windows.

“hey,” he says playfully, turning his attention back onto the food. rachel steps a bit closer, slipping in behind him, brushing her lips over the fabric of his shirt, pressing a kiss just between his shoulder blades. “you’re up early.”

“the bed was cold,” she says simply. “and i got hungry.” peter laughs, and rachel can feel it rumble through him.

“well, i’ll be done in just a few minutes, if you want to sit and wait,” he says.

“or maybe i can wait in bed,” rachel says, slipping away from peter, only to glance back and smile. “breakfast in bed sound good?” peter laughs again.

“you know i can’t say no to you,” he says. rachel grins before slipping out of the room.

a short while later, and they’re full, falling back against the plush pillows with content sighs. the tray used for their food is put aside by peter, before he joins rachel on the bed once again, who’s quick to slide in closer, resting her head against his shoulder.

“can we have a lazy day in the house?” she asks. peter sighs.

“i have a lot of errands to run,” he says. “and cleaning, and my workout–” rachel whines, snuggling in closer.

“stay with me,” she says cutely, pouting for effect. peter sighs again.

“fine,” he says. rachel grins.

“yay,” she says adorable. peter shakes his head.

“you’re lucky i love you,” he says.

“i know,” rachel says. peter snickers. “love you too.” peter smiles, pressing a kiss to rachel’s forehead, before joining in her relaxing, letting his eyes fall shut.
