In an exclusive interview with ChinatownVegas.com and Ruby Anne’s This Week in Chinatown video series, Pacifica Vegas ownership officially confirmed that Michelin-recognized Lao Sze Chuan is returning to Las Vegas as a flagship anchor tenant inside the upcoming Pacifica Vegas Asian Life Center development on Spring Mountain Road.
For longtime Vegas food lovers, the announcement marks the return of one of the city’s most celebrated Chinese restaurant brands — this time in the heart of Chinatown.
The project is expected to break ground this fall and will feature additional high-profile restaurant, retail, and entertainment concepts as the Chinatown corridor continues evolving into one of America’s fastest-growing Pan-Asian culinary destinations.
