by_ @hugh_kretschmer Packaged Personalities: For Men's Health Magazine, and an in-depth article on men's personality traits, and unfortunate personality disorders. There were two illustrations for the interior and another for the cover. This one lead a section on role playing and social acceptance. We used the same model throughout the series, and dressed him differently according to the three primary roles featured in the article; business man, weekend friend and lover. This particular set was expertly detailed by my stylist, @raescarton who turned my studio into a convincing shipping warehouse. The layout design called for the photo to "gutter jump" 1/3 in from the left side, between the "business man" and the "friend". We used a simple one light scheme, bouncing a strobe head off the ceiling to mimic an institutional lighting look, and surrounded the set with "V" flats for fill. The camera was anchored on a large tripod to assure no movement between the three different captures, and the model would pose in each crate in a different outfit. Then those three images were combined together into this one composition. #packagedpersonalities@menshealthmag #reneerhynerco #traylerandtrayler #platnum #fathomgallery #artistunited #portraitphotography #portraitperfection #portraitoftheday #postmoreportraits #makeportraits
