Suggestions:
Advanced Metric:
The advanced metric that I would use for this organization would probably be something that would allow them to reach out to their audience. Maybe some Q&A or feedback from their audience would create more of an engagement and would rack up more likes. Audience interaction is one of the most important features that an organization can include. Also, advertisements on Facebook could also help, since it is easy to create ads and bring good engagement from it.
Channel Metric:
For this organization, I would incorporate more action buttons on their Facebook page. So far they have the donate button included on their page, but if they incorporated more on there, it could bring in more engagement. Maybe if they added a “contact us” button as well.
Behavioral Metric:
Having someone manage the engagement could really improve the organization’s involvement with its audience. Managing their percentage and visits as well as their click-throughs engaged by the action buttons can tremendously improve their community on Facebook.
Advanced Metric:
I would use a tactic to influence others into joining or supporting the community. Pack For a Purpose already has shown good influence by incorporating its accomplishments through pictures and awards received by it. Maybe if they strengthen the community by growing more of a fan base, they could bring in more views and reactions. Instagram features reels, which they could use to their own advantage and create more reels than they already feature on their page. And if they include hashtags as well, it could generate more audience. Impressions could also positively generate a new set of followers
Channel Metric:
For Channel Metric, I would use and incorporate Instagram story interactions. The organization can post to their story and bring in interactions from story views, likes, and responses. Also, by going live on Instagram, which is popular these days, they can evaluate the percentage of followers who are still active on their page and engage with them.
