How about we make 2011, a year to remember?  If you'd like to share your passion for the underwater world... Good! Montreal has the only PADI Career Development Center in Eastern Canada - ready for you!

So... Come talk to us about a career in diving - full time or part time. Ask all your questions! All of them!

Thursday night, September 8, we're inviting you to a "happy hour" (sort of) at the Total Diving Montreal dive shop from 6:30pm to 9pm with only one topic: Go Pro!

Our chief Course Director, Darcy Kieran, will be available to answer all your questions, along with our new member of the Course Director team: Sebastien Savignac who completed his training last June with PADI. We'll have a short presentation about the rescue diver and divemaster programs, the scuba diving instructor (IDC) program and, of course, about careers in diving. Then... We'll answer your questions while enjoying some refreshment and snacks.

Current instructors and dive professionals will also be on site to share their experience - anything you want to know!

If you are not, yet, ready to take the scuba diving instructor course (PADI IDC), you can still come: we'll discuss the steps to get you there!

IMPORTANT: Places are limited at the dive store. So... Call to reserve your spot: 514-482-1890 or 1-888-482-1890. We don't want you to wait in line, outside, for the encore presentation, later on! ;)

Ou... Vous voulez faire de 2011, une année mémorable? Vous aimeriez partager votre passion pour la plongée sous-marine? Ça tombe bien! Montréal a le seul centre de développement de carrière en plongée sous-marine dans l'Est du Canada!

Venez parler avec nous de vos choix de carrières en plongée sous-marine. Finis, les mystères! Venez poser toutes les questions que vous avez concernant la carrière d'instructeur de plongée sous-marine.

Jeudi soir, 8 septembre, nous vous invitons à un "5 à 7" qui ira lieu, en fait, de 18h30 à 21h à la boutique et école de plongée sous-marine Total Diving Montréal dans NDG. Un seul sujet sera sur la table: "Go Pro" - ou "une carrière en plongée"!

Notre principal formateur d'instructeurs de plongée sous-marine (PADI Course Director), Darcy Kieran, sera sur place pour répondre à toutes vos questions avec le plus récent membre de l'équipe de "Course Director" PADI: Sébastien Savignac, qui revient tout juste de compléter sa formation avec PADI. Nous aurons une petite présentation, très brève, sur le programme de formation de plongeur-secouriste et de divemaster, sur le cours de moniteur de plongée sous-marine PADI et sur les carrières disponibles en plongée sous-marine. Ensuite... On répondra à toutes vos questions autour de grignotines et rafraîchissements.

Des instructeurs (moniteurs) de plongée sous-marines seront sur place aussi, pour partager leur expérience, ici et dans le sud - si ça vous intéresse!

Si vous n'êtes pas prêt à prendre le cours d'instructeur, venez quand même: on peut discuter du cheminement requis pour s'y rendre.

Instead of spending the Summer cutting the grass in your backyard, how about you come scuba diving with us and help us teach scuba diving to Montrealers looking to learn to dive?

We need your help this coming Summer! We need more PADI scuba diving instructors in Montreal, this Summer.

Our next "Total" scuba diving instructor training program starts with the PADI IDC at the end of February. We will meet once or twice per month (over the week-ends) which will give us plenty of time to get you ready for the PADI scuba diving instructor examination (PADI IE) at the end of May, right here in Montreal.

Then...

You'll be ready to teach scuba diving in June, July, August... Instead of cutting the grass ;)
