I see people reference IWTV (2022) how Lestat is Claudia’s mother figure, her creator. It’s implied in the show, and in the season 2 finale when Lestat and Louis reunite where he says, “She looked at me in the end. Like a child looking towards her father. But I was not…” Not her father, but her mother, her maker.

I want to see season 3 reference this like the books. Maybe during his interview, Lestat denies being her father, saying that was Daddy Lou’s role, he was just- *Daniel cuts him off with a single eyebrow raised* ‘Her mother?’

Cue the sobbing we saw in the S3 teaser.
