Vino de Pago (Castilla y La Mancha) In 1997, Florentino Arzuaga traveled to Toledo interested in the olive oil world, in particular for the variety Carnicabra, which in Montes de Toledo area reach its highest expression. After buying 150 Hectares of land he started making olive oil. Searching for new land to give more character and personality to the oil, he found ideal land for plantation, but not for olive but vines.
