When I made the lamb chop choice, I thought a nice bold Cab would be a great pairing. My eyes landed on this 2015 Jayson from the Pahlmeyer people. Less than $80 on the menu. Sometime is this is referred to as the “B“ brand, but I think this is as good as most NAPA valley “A“ brands. Bold and fruity but not overdone.
