This proves that you cannot listen to family & friends, sometimes. Nailea took her fireplace from Pizza Hut vibes to this Goth vibe and got a lot of controversy over it. Some people need to mind their own business- look at how good it looks now. 

That’s a big fireplace, so they had to rent scaffolding.

But, look at it, now. The other brick looked dated- this is so modern and pretty.

This is a fabulous DIY fireplace redo from Broke Boho, I think- I belong to so many groups. Acrylic on (formerly white painted) brick. Inspired by a Starbucks display and pictured area rug. I have always seen designers come up w/nothing more original than a solidly painted fireplace.
