This proves that you cannot listen to family & friends, sometimes. Nailea took her fireplace from Pizza Hut vibes to this Goth vibe and got a lot of controversy over it. Some people need to mind their own business- look at how good it looks now. 

That’s a big fireplace, so they had to rent scaffolding.

But, look at it, now. The other brick looked dated- this is so modern and pretty.

Stylist Maude Smith redid her Victorian townhouse with her own art. The tiles on this fireplace are hand-painted.

It’s interesting to see the different ways people redo these old fireplaces. This one was replaced with subway tile and a fancy little french stove.
