Bircher worked! I was very excited when I got to work after a 40 minute cycle and had this in my bag to enjoy in the sunshine. So sweet, savoury and dense it was a treat that I will continue 👅👅

The biggest experiment yet....Paleo Bircher Muesli using apple juice from my bulk stewing Apple sesh + coco water + loads of seeds, nuts & a scattering of chia. This one freaked me out a little 😝
