Almond flour and coconut flour combine to create an easy and tasty Paleo substitute for regular tortillas.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 2 tbsp coconut flour. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 2 large eggs. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Combine the coconut flour, almond flour, and sea salt in a bowl. To the dry ingredients, add water, eggs, and olive oil. Stir to form a dough. Roll each of the eight equal portions of dough into a ball. Roll a ball of dough into a thin tortilla by placing it between two sheets of parchment paper. The tortilla should be cooked in a skillet over medium heat for about two minutes on each side, or until it is lightly browned. Continue with the leftover dough balls. Enjoy and warm up!
